Drive safely, and lawfully

TripRank is a driver aid. It does not replace your attention to the road, to conditions, or to posted speed limits, and nothing it displays authorises you to exceed a limit. Do not operate the app while driving; set it up before you move off. You are responsible for complying with the law where you drive, including any local rules about camera-warning apps and about mounting or handling a phone in a vehicle.

Radar and camera locations

The radar map shows speed camera and traffic-signal locations from a third-party data set. That data is incomplete and can be out of date. Absence of a marker does not mean absence of a camera, and we do not warrant coverage, accuracy or timeliness.

Speed readings

Speed is derived from satellite positioning and is affected by signal conditions. It is provided for information and is not a certified measurement.

Your account and conduct

Keep your credentials to yourself. Do not post content to the feed that you do not have the rights to, that is unlawful, or that harasses another person, and do not use the leaderboard or feed to encourage dangerous driving. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these terms.

Subscriptions

TripRank Pro is $4.99 per month or $29.99 per year with a 3-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period ending. Manage and cancel in your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies, not by us.

Availability

We may change, suspend or discontinue features. We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, TripRank is provided as is, and we are not liable for fines, penalties, collisions, loss or damage arising from your use of the app or reliance on its data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
